技術說明

本發明提供一種石墨烯的製備方法，其至少包含下列步驟。首先，將一第一電極與一第二電極不接觸地置於一電解液中，且第一電極為一石墨複層材料，電解液包含至少一離子溶液。接著，使第一電極與第二電極間產生一電勢差，此時離子溶液便可藉由電勢差進入第一電極之每一層中以生成複數個石墨烯。本發明提出了一種低成本、快速、綠色的含氮石墨烯以及其製備新方法，該方法可以製備高品質的含氮石墨烯，並可廣泛應用於生物感測器，電催化，生物分析等領域的研究。 The present invention discloses a method for fabricating graphene, and comprises at least the following steps. First, a first electrode and a second electrode are inserted into an electrolyte without contacting. The first electrode is graphite, and the electrolyte comprises at least an ionic liquid. A potential difference will be produced between the first electrode and the second electrode to let the ionic liquid enter into each layer of the first electrode to form a plurality of graphene.
