技術說明

本專利是利用單層奈米球技術與雷射聚焦原理快速製造具有奈米結構之基板，製程中無須使用黃光微影製程，因此不但省去黃光製程設備以及光阻費用亦可快速得到奈米等級的粗化基板。實施之方法是(1)先選擇欲粗化之基板(2)然後在於其上進行單層奈、微米球之鋪排(3)以雷射照射在奈、微米球表面，利用奈、微米球聚焦原理將雷射能量集中於球頂，進行基板粗化(4)移除奈、微米球可得具有奈米結構之基板。 專利製程方便、快速且經濟，可作為光電元件基板之應用。 We demonstrate a method to rapid fabricates a nano- or microstructure patterned substrate by using single layer nano- or mircrospheres and laser technology. The methods are described as below (1) Select the substrate which we want to pattern. (2) Array the single layer nano- or mircrospheres on the surface of the substrate (3) Using the Laser to expose the surface of the substrate. (4) Removing the residual sphere, and a nano- or microstructure patterned substrate could be obtained. This process is easy, fast and economical, could be applied on the fields of optoelectronics.
