一種頻率鍵移讀取電路包含一帶通濾波器、一低雜訊放大器、一第一巴倫器、一注入鎖定除二頻器、一次諧波混頻器及一低通濾波器,該帶通濾波器對一射頻訊號進行濾波,該低雜訊放大器接收濾波後之該射頻訊號以提供一注入訊號,該第一巴倫器接收該注入訊號以產生一第一差動訊號及一第二差動訊號,該注入鎖定除二頻器接收該注入訊號以提供一第一振盪訊號及一第二振盪訊號,該次諧波混頻器接收該第一差動訊號、該第二差動訊號、該第一振盪訊號及該第二振盪訊號以進行混波並產生一輸出訊號,該低通濾波器對該輸出訊號進行濾波。 A frequency-shift keying receiver includes a band-pass filter, low-noise amplifier, a first balun, a divide-by-two injection-locked frequency divider (ILFD), a subharmonic mixer and a low-pass filter. The band-pass filter filters a radio frequency signal, and the low-noise amplifier receives the filtered radio frequency signal to provide an injection signal. The first balun receives the injection signal to provide a first differential signal and a second differential signal. The divide-by-two ILFD receives the injection signal to provide a first oscillated signal and a second oscillated signal. The subharmonic receives and mixes the first differential signal, the second differential signal, the first oscillated signal and the second oscillated signal for generates a output signal. The low-pass filter filters the output signal.
