技術說明

本發明係關於一種量測物體形貌的方法，特別是關於一種利用條紋投影量測光滑物體形貌的方法。 一種利用條紋投影技術量測光滑物體形貌的方法，其包含步驟：提供由一全像片攝製而成之繞射光柵，其係由至少二組干涉條紋曝光而成；利用一共軛光源產生一共軛光穿過該繞射光柵，以產生一光強度呈弦狀分佈、具備長焦深、大收斂角度的實像；將此實像投影至一待測光滑物體上；利用一影像擷取裝置擷取該實像在該待測光滑物體上的光強度分佈，以獲得一影像資料；及利用一影像處理器分析該影像資料，以解析該待測光滑物體的形貌。 A method using fringe projection to describe the three-dimensional shape of a specular object is presented and includes steps of: providing a diffraction grating made by a hologram which contains at least two sets of interference fringes; launching a conjugate light wave into the diffraction grating in order to generate a real image with a large depth of focus, a wide convergent angle, and a sinusoidal intensity distribution; projecting this real image onto a inspected specular object; using an image acquisition device to capture the intensity distribution on the inspected specular object so as to obtain an image data; and using an image processor to analyze the image data so as to identify the shape of the inspected smooth object.
