技術說明

氣凝膠是具有多孔性微結構的固體，其具有許多特點包含了高比表面積、高孔隙率、低總體密度及低熱傳導係數等。這些性質使其在隔熱、隔音與節能等用途上具有競爭力。 常壓乾燥製備氣凝膠之製程，解決了以超臨界乾燥所面臨耗之安全性的疑慮且大幅解省成本。而本發明開發出一製備氣凝膠的製程，省去了傳統上常壓乾燥法所需的表面修飾及溶劑交換步驟，縮短了製程。 Silica aerogels are porous solid which have high surface area, high porosity, low bulk density, and low thermal conductivity. Those properties make silica aerogels competitive for the applications of thermal and acoustic insulation. Preparing aerogels via ambient pressure drying can solve the issues of cost and safety which are faced in supercritical fluid drying method. In this invention, one silica aerogel producing method via ambient pressure drying without tedious surface modification and solvent exchange process was developed. Compared to the conventional silica aerogel producing methods via ambient pressure drying, this manufacture process was shortened.
