儲氫材料的脫氫方法

具有很高商業潛力的鎂儲氫材料,與質子交換膜燃料電池發電,將LT-PEMFC由HT-PEMFC取代,利用隔膜泵輔助脫氫,同時配合氫化鈦TiH2-x觸媒,大幅降低MgH2脫氫溫度及增進脫氫速率,同時減少水熱管理BOP,提高燃料電池整體能源轉換效率。 The present invention provides an energy storage power generation device using a Mg-based hydrogen storage material alloy tank and a fuel cell. Its main feature is the use of Mg-based hydrogen storage materials with high commercial potential and low operating pressure. The titanium hydride TiH2-X catalyst is contacted closely with the Mg-based powders. The LT-PEMFC is replaced by HT-PEMFC. The dehydrogenation of Mg-based hydrogen alloys is assisted greatly by using a diaphragm pump. Thereby, the dehydrogenation temperature of MgH2 is greatly reduced and the dehydrogenation rate is significantly enhanced. Meanwhile, the water heat management BOP is simplified and the overall energy conversion efficiency of the fuel cell and hydrogen storage tank is improved.
