技術說明

血液中某些稀少細胞的檢測，往往能提供作為臨床疾病診斷之重要指標，對疾病監測很有幫助。本技術用一微流晶片結合微流碟片進行稀少細胞的純化。微流晶片包含一些微流道,排氣/液孔及儲存槽。透過一些定位設計，微流晶片的入口與微流碟片之液體出口相接，讓經微流碟片處理之液體及細胞能保留於微流晶片中, 且細胞分布在微流晶片表面，便於後續觀察。另外在晶片上設計有微流道連接排出口，讓液體能在微流晶片內進行置換，以便於後續處理流程。 Rare cells in blood possess much clinical significance. This invention discloses a method to enable a microfluidic chip to be detechable from a microfluidic disk to enable enrichment of these rare cells. Features on the chip include an assortment of microfluidic channels, air vents and reservoirs. Through a particular design, precise mating of the chip and the disk enables cells to be suitably attached to each other. Moreover, the design enables seamless detection of rare cells in blood
