技術說明

我們針對亞培藥廠臨床二期的小分子抗癌化合物ABT-751進行藥物設計，將其原先pyridine-N-sulfonamides (ABT-751)改變成新穎的骨架化合物(7-Arylindolines, 7-Arylindoles, and 7-Aryl-6-azaindoles)，這些化合物經in vitro antiproliferative evaluation發現，許多化合物具有比ABT-751還強的活性。 On the basis of structure of ABT-751 (phase II), pyridine-N-sulfonamides, developed by Abbot a oral anticancer agent, we design and synthesize three classes of compounds, 7-Arylindolines, 7-Arylindoles, and 7-Aryl-6-azaindoles, as potent anticancer agents. Many compounds demonstrated substantial cytotoxicity with IC50 values ranging from 15-100 nM against a set of human cancer cell lines, including MDR-positive line.
