技術說明

磁感測瓷金材料(Cermets for magnetic sensors)一種磁感測瓷金材料，該磁感測瓷金材料的組成係為至少六種的碳化物材料與 至少一種的耐火金屬，其中該碳化物係選自於TiC、VC、ZrC、HfC、WC、NbC、 TaC，而該耐火金屬係為鎢，且該磁感測瓷金材料工作於100 ~ 3000 K之間，其 磁精準度係為99.6 ~ 99.9％之間，故該磁感測瓷金材料適用於高溫的磁性感測器。(A kind of cermets for magnetic sensors, which have at least six carbides and at least one refractory metal in composition where chosen carbides are from TiC, VC, ZrC, HfC, WC, NbC, and TaC, and the refractory metal is W. The sensor working temperature is in the range of 100 to 3000 K with a precision accuracy of 99.6 to 99.9 %, and thus the cermets are suitable for elevated temperature sensors. )
