技術說明

本發明提供一種複合導電材料的製作方法，其包含以下步驟：(a)準備一混合溶液，該混合溶液包括一還原劑、一包覆劑，及一含銀離子的前驅物，加熱該混合溶液至不小於150℃，令該前驅物的銀離子還原，以得到多條奈米銀線；及(b)加入一石墨烯氧化物至該混合液中，令該還原劑持續還原銀離子成長奈米銀線的同時還原該石墨烯氧化物，而得到一具有奈米銀線及石墨烯的複合導電材料，且該混合溶液中的氯離子會對石墨烯產生摻雜作用。此外，本發明還提供一種具有該等奈米銀線與石墨烯的複合導電薄膜。 This invention provides a method for fabricating hybrid conductive materials, which comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixed solution which includes a reducing agent, a capping agent, and a precursor that contains silver ions. Said silver ions of the precursor were reduced to obtain silver nano-wires by heating said mixed solution no less than 150℃, and (b) adding a graphene oxide to said mixed solution, and making said reducing agent continuously reduce said silver ions and graphene oxide, so as to obtain hybrid conductive materials, and the chloride ions in mixed solution generate doping effect on graphene. In addition, this invention also fabricates a silver nanowire/graphene hybrid conductive thin film.
