技術說明

為了讓時脈與資料回復電路提供給延遲鎖定迴路較佳的時脈來源，採用混合式的相位偵測電路提升線性相位偵測電路的操作頻率，讓時脈與資料回復電路可以操作在較高的速率同時具有線性相位偵測電路的優點。此混合式的時脈與資料回復電路包含一非線性相位誤差偵測器、一線性相位誤差偵測器、複數個電壓電流轉換器分別與該非線性相位誤差偵測器和該線性相位誤差偵測器耦接、一迴路濾波器分別與該複數個電壓電流轉換器的輸出耦接、及壓控振盪器(VCO)，與該迴路濾波器的輸出耦接並提供輸出回授至該非線性相位誤差偵測器和該線性相位誤差偵測器。 A mixed mode clock and data recovery circuit is disclosed. The mixed mode clock and data recovery circuit includes a binary phase detector, a linear phase detector, multiple current-voltage converters respectively coupled to the binary phase detector and the linear phase detector, a loop filter coupled to the current-voltage converters, and a voltage controlled oscillator coupled to the loop filter and provide the output feedback to the binary phase detector and the linear phase detector.
