技術說明

本專利中主要包括一新型無機/有機複合型分散劑及其新化學組成份。及其應用於無機物、無機粒子、觸媒等無機氧化物之分散，尤其是二氧化鈦於溶劑中之分散。所開發的新型分散劑是以界面活性劑有機改質一般層狀黏土(layered clay)，或改質脫層黏土(即奈米矽片; nanoscale silicate platelets or NSP)。效果上，球狀TiO2的顆粒可被分散於有機溶劑中，包括 hexane, heptane, octane, dodecane, isooctane, methyl cyclohexane, ethyl-heptane, dimethyl cyclohexane等油性溶劑。利用黏土延伸製造之氧化矽及氧化鋁的片狀結構,來達到分散球狀的TiO2;具有較優良之穩定性與應用價值。不同於傳統有機分散劑。無機氧化物包括Fe2O3(紅色顏料;磁粉等應用)；AgO(觸媒應用) , Ag0, Au0等。界面活性劑(包括cationic surfactants such as C18 fatty amine quaternary ammonium salts and HCl amine salts, and other carbon numbers of fatty alkyl amine salts, nonionic surfactants such as alkylphenol ethoxylates, fatty alcohol ethoxylates, and amphoteric surfactants, PIB deived amidoamine, etc.)
