技術說明

本發明係為一種垂直軸風力發電機，包含有：一支撐軸；以及一風輪，包含有：一旋轉基座，係以可旋轉方式設置於該支撐軸上；多個旋轉支架組，構成一旋轉平面，且每一旋轉支架組的一第一端係固定設置於該旋轉基座上；多個葉片與多個偏轉結構，每一葉片係各藉由一偏轉結構而以可偏轉方式連接於對應旋轉支架組的一第二端上，使得該些葉片能於一氣流中調整對應的攻角；以及對應於該些葉片的多個偏轉限制結構，藉以因應該些葉片之偏轉而產生一第一旋轉方向的一第一旋轉力矩或一第二旋轉方向的一第二旋轉力矩，以推動該旋轉基座旋轉。 A vertical axis wind turbine is provided. The wind turbine comprises: a support axis and a wind wheel. The wind wheel comprises: a rotation base, a plurality of rotation stand sets, a plurality of blades and deflection structures corresponding to the rotation stand sets, and a plurality of deflection restriction structures. The rotation base is disposed on the support axis rotatably. The rotation stand sets constitute a plane of rotation, and a first end of each one rotation stand set is fixed and disposed on the rotation base. Each one blade can be deflected and is connected to a second end of the corresponding rotation stand set by a corresponding deflection structure, then the blades can adjust a corresponding angle of attack in a stream. Meanwhile, the deflection restriction structures can generate a first rotational torque in a first rotation direction and a second rotational torque in a second rotation direction when the blades deflect, so that the rotation base can rotate.
