本發明係一種創新找尋肝癌血清/血漿生物標記分子之方法及該肝癌血清/血漿生物標記分子,係利用新鮮肝癌組織與非癌肝組織萃取組織間質液作為找尋偵測肝癌的血清/血漿生物標記分子之來源。先低速離心再高速離心萃取組織間質液,再利用蛋白質體學比較兩者組織間質液的蛋白質差異,有顯著差異之蛋白質分子,再經進一步驗證,即為肝癌的生物標記分子,可用於檢測肝癌之用途。並提出血清/血漿中的GFBP2與RBB3蛋白可作為偵測肝癌的生物標記分子。 [0001] The present invention relates to protein markers for detecting liver cancer, also called hepatoma, in plasma or serum and a method for detecting liver cancer thereof. The present invention also relates to a method for identifying a novel marker in plasma/ serum for detecting liver cancer. In particular, the present invention relates to protein markers expressed in tissue interstitial fluid and a method for identifying novel marker in a tissue interstitial fluid for detecting liver cancer. Especially, the present invention relates to plasma/serums RBB3 and GFBP2 protein markers used for detecting liver cancer precisely.
