腦部多巴胺轉運體檢查系統及其運作方法

帕金森氏病是一種影響運動神經系統的慢性神經退化疾病。在核子醫學科有項功能性的檢查項目為多巴胺轉運體掃描,主要是診斷神經性退化與非神經性退化的帕金森症候群。此技術透過轉移學習(Transfer learning)建立了一影像分類模型,應用於多巴胺轉運體掃描之基底核神經元的判讀。以回溯性收集多巴胺轉運體掃描的影像(99mTc Troadat-1 scan)以及3D T1 加權的核磁共振造影影像(3D T1 weighted MRI)。依據多巴胺轉運體掃描影像的判讀,神經元損失的程度從正常到嚴重分別給與0到3分。接著標記分類好的影像並透過深度卷積神經網路訓練建立深度學習模型。 Parkinson’s disease is a chronic neurodegenerative disease that affects the motor nervous system. In nuclear medicine department, there has a functional examination is dopamine transporter scan. This scan is mainly to diagnose neurodegenerative and non-neurodegenerative Parkinsonian disorders. We establish an image classification model by using transfer learning which applied to interpret basal nucleus neurons in dopamine transporter scan. We retrospectively collect the imaging of dopamine transporter scan (99mTc Troadat-1 scan) and 3D T1 weighted. According to the interpretation of dopamine transporter image, the degree of neuron loss was graded from 0 to 3 respectively from normal to severe. Then labeling the classified images and training a deep learning model by deep convolutional neural network.
