技術說明

本發明提供科羅索酸化合物用於製備治療肝細胞癌和/或抑制肝細胞癌細胞增生或移行之藥物之用途，並可抑制肝細胞癌之細胞中的VEGFR2/Src/FAK/cdc42路徑和其肌動蛋白之活性，藉以抑制肝細胞癌細胞增生和移行。科羅索酸與sorafenib合併使用對異種移植模型的影響，可以發現科羅索酸和sorafenib的合併用藥對抑制小鼠體內腫瘤生長展現出協同作用。本發明亦包括治療有效量之科羅索酸化合物及藥學上可接受之載劑。 The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and uses thereof, and more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition for treating hepatocellular carcinoma and use thereof. In this invention, corosolic acid inhibits VEGFR2 kinase, VEGFR2/Src/FAK/cdc42 pathway and actin remodeling, which in turn suppresses migration of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Furthermore, combination of CA and sorafenib inhibits tumor growth in vivo.
