自動擷取流水能的方法包括,一划桿和一擺動裝置,其中划桿的兩端置有一可承受流水能的槳葉,划桿的中點固定在一擺動裝置的軸承座上,擺動時划桿一端的槳葉進入水中,另一端的槳葉離開水面,該軸承座的軸是固定在擺動裝置的一轉體上,該轉體由一固定柱固定於河中,進入水中的槳葉承受流水的推力而帶動轉體擺動至一定的轉距後,該槳葉之划桿受一上升的推力而離開水面,同時划桿另一端的槳葉進入水中受流水的推力而帶動轉體做反方向的擺動至一定的轉距後,該槳葉之划桿也受一上升的推力而離開水面,同時划桿另一端的槳葉又進入水中受流水的推力而帶動轉體反向擺動,如此該轉體擺動將呈現自動往復擺動的連續動作,顯然的,該轉體能夠自動往復擺動的動力即為流水能推動划桿的槳葉所擷取的流水能為其特徵者。 The method for automatically drawing the flowing water energy comprises: a rod and a swinging device, wherein the two ends of the rod are provided with a blade capable of withstanding the flow of water, and the midpoint of the rod is fixed on the bearing seat of the swinging device, when swinging The blade at one end of the rod enters the water, and the blade at the other end leaves the water surface.
