本發明係提供一種微波輔助萃取微藻油脂方法︰提供一微波輔助萃取微藻油脂系統，其包括有一萃取器、一微波反應元件、混合液槽、物料收集槽及一冷凝單元，將一含有微藻材料及有機溶劑的混合液通入該萃取器內部進行微波反應，並分離出一微藻油脂。利用本發明微波輔助萃取微藻油脂方法，能縮短微藻油脂總萃取時間，並提高總萃取效率，同時以低成本設備有效率地達成之連續式運作方法適合應用於工業製程，以茲微藻油脂之工業上大量萃取。 The invention is to provide a method of microwave-assisted extraction for microalgae lipid. A microwave-assisted extraction system for microalgae lipid was developed. The system includes an extraction bottle, a microwave reaction unit, the solution supplied tank, the collection tank and the condensing unit. The mixture of microalgae and solvent was reacted by microwave in the extraction chamber to separate the lipid. The method of microwave-assisted extraction for microalgae lipid could reduce the extraction time of microalgae lipid, and increase the extraction efficiency. Moreover, the low expenditure and the function of continuous operation of the system are also suitable for industrial processes to microalgae lipid mass extraction.
