技術說明

使用本發明之晶片式薄膜相位板，可很容易搭配各式市售穿透式電子顯微鏡，取得過去無法取得之對比明顯之奈米顯微正焦影像，適用之產業包括: (1) 有機元件發展 (2) 有機奈米粒子顯像，如奈米製藥之發展 (3) 各式生物樣品顯像 (4) 低溫生物樣品顯像 (5) 其他輕元素材料發展 本發明之重點: 目前所有的薄膜相位板是做於金屬片上，本發明之相位板薄膜直接做在晶片上。 The chip-based TEM thin film phase plate can be adopted on all kinds of commercial TEM systems, for enhancing the contrast of in-focus images, thus useful information from weak-phase objects can be obtained. The applications of such an invention include: (1) Organic devices (2) Organic particles developed for nano-medicines (3) Imaging biological specimens (4) cryo-EM for biology structure studies (5) studies of all kinds of light element materials
