技術說明

一種3D薄殼結構的製造方法及其設備，其包含：取得一欲成形物品外觀之一座標參數；固定一削切材料；依據該座標參數將該削切材料削切為一削切工件；以及取該座標參數所建立之一3D薄殼結構參數，將一軟彈性或可撓取之材料擠製於該削切工件表面，形成一3D薄殼結構；本發明改善積層製造侷限於具有一定結構強度的材料限制，利用削切工件支撐擠製於其上的軟彈性或具有撓取特性之材料，成功克服既有技術的缺點，製作出3D薄殼結構。 Manufacturing method and apparatus for 3D shell structure, comprising: a desire to obtain the coordinates of one of the parameters shaping the appearance of items; fixing a cutting of material; according to the coordinates of the cutting of material parameters for the cutting of a cutting of the workpiece; and take one of the parameters of the 3D coordinates shell structure parameters established, a soft elastic or flexible material taken from extruded to the cutting of the workpiece surface, forming a 3D shell structure; improvement of the present invention has a laminated structure manufacturing limited material strength limitations, the use of cutting of the workpiece support extruded thereon soft elastic or flexible material having characteristics of a take, successfully overcome the shortcomings of existing technology to produce a 3D shell structure.
