技術說明

一種免疫檢測探針包括具有一隔室及被建構以刺入一生物組織內之一針狀結構、被建構以隔離該隔室與該生物組織之一透析膜、具有一感測端及複數個接收器之一感測裝置、耦接於該針狀結構之一第一光纖、以及通連於該隔室之一對管件。複數個接收器係設置該感測端之端面，以接合目標分子，其中該感測端設置於該隔室內。該管件輸送包含該光誘發分子之液體進入該隔室。第一光纖導入一光線，以照射位於該感測端之該端面附近之光誘發分子，從而改變該感測端之該端面附近之酸鹼度。 An immunodetection probe includes a needle structure having a compartment and configured to be inserted into a organic tissue, a dialysis membrane configured for isolating the compartment from the tissue, a detection device having a detecting portion and a plurality of receptors, a first optic fibre coupled to the structure, and a pair of tubes connected to the compartment. The plurality of receptors are disposed on a end surface of the detecting portion for binding target antibody, wherein the detecting portion is disposed in the compartment. The tubes are configured to transport fluid containing photo-induced molecules into the compartment. The first optic fibre introduces light incident on the photo-induced molecules adjacent to the end surface of the detecting portion so as to result in a change in pH value of the fluid adjacent to the end surface of the detecting portion.
