利用注入鎖定技術之相位陣列都普勒雷達/Phased-array Doppler radar using injection-locking technology

一種相位陣列都普勒雷達包含一分路器、一發射天線、一接收天線陣列、一注入鎖定振盪器、一解調單元及一運算單元,該分路器接收一參考訊號並將該參考訊號分別傳送至該發射天線及該注入鎖定振盪器,該發射天線將該參考訊號發射至複數個生物體,該注入鎖定振盪器則被該參考訊號注入鎖定,該相位陣列接收由該些生物體反射之複數個反射訊號,該解調單元由該注入鎖定振盪器接收一注入鎖定訊號並由該接收天線陣列接收複數個接收訊號,該解調單元利用該注入鎖定訊號將該些接收訊號解調為複數個解調訊號,該運算單元依據該些解調訊號利用數位波束成形方法求得一回波場型。 A phased-array Doppler radar includes a splitter, a transmitting antenna, a receiving antenna array, an injection-locked oscillator, a demodulator, and a computing unit. The splitter receives a reference signal and delivers the reference signal to the transmitting antenna and the injection-locked oscillator, respectively. The transmitting antenna transmits the reference signal as a transmitted signal to a plurality of biological objects, and the injection-locked oscillator is injection-locked by the reference signal. The receiving antenna array receives a plurality of reflected signals reflected from the biological objects. The demodulator receives an injection-locked signal from the injection-locked oscillator and receives a plurality of received signals from the receiving antenna array, and the demodulator demodulates the received signals into a plurality of demodulated signals with the injection-locked signal. The computing unit computes an echo pattern with the digital beamforming approach according to the demodulated signals.
