技術說明

一種用於混凝土結構之修復、補強材料，係由高早強水泥以及多根短纖碳纖維所組成。多根短纖碳纖維的長度範圍介於3mm至30mm。多根短纖碳纖維與高早強水泥之重量比範圍介於0.5%至3%。多根短纖碳纖維係先行以氣動力與過篩製程進行分散，再以預拌合的乾拌方式均勻地拌入高早強水泥中。 The invention discloses a repairing and reinforcing material composed of a high early strength cement and a plurality of short carbon fibers. The short carbon fibers have a length range of from 3 mm to 30mm. The weight ratio of the short carbon fibers to the high early strength cement ranges from 0.5 % to 3 %. The plurality of short carbon fibers are first dispersed by an aerodynamic and sieving process, and then uniformly mixed into the high early strength cement by a dry and pre-mixing way.
