技術說明

可應用於磷酸化胜肽之純化分析以提高在質譜端的偵測靈敏度。目前在實驗室研究中，只要其研究相關議題牽涉到磷酸化蛋白質，皆需使用到此種純化技術。一種表面含有二氧化鈦之板，該板包含：（A）一基材；（B）一聚二甲基矽氧烷（polydimethylsiloxane，PDMS）膜層，位於該基材之至少一表面上；以及（C）一或多個二氧化鈦顆粒聚集體，位於該聚二甲基矽氧烷膜層上。該板可用於純化磷酸化胜肽。可應用於磷酸化胜肽之純化分析以提高在質譜端的偵測靈敏度。目前在實驗室研究中，只要其 研究相關議題牽涉到磷酸化蛋白質，皆需使用到此種純化技術。 A plate with titanium dioxide on its surface and manufacturing process and uses thereof are provided. The plate comprises (A) a substrate; (B) a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film layer on at least one surface of the substrate; and (C) one or more aggregates of titanium dioxide particles on the polydimethylsiloxane film layer. The plate is useful in the purification of phosphopeptides.
