人工電子耳裝置及其刺激方法

目前在世界上所有人工電子耳的電極皆為置入耳蝸內部之設計,手術繁複而且風險高,可能併發手術後遺症如耳蝸鈣化或喪失剩餘聽力,再者其價格不斐造成患者極大的負擔。 此人工電子耳裝置包含接收器、處理器、第一電極及第二電極。接收器用於接受外界音訊,處理器耦接於接收器,用以接收音訊並將其轉換為電刺激訊號。第一電極耦接於處理器,用以設置於鐙骨韌帶部位或卵圓窗部位。第二電極耦接於處理器,用以設置於圓窗部位。其中,電刺激訊號經由第一電極或第二電極提供至鐙骨韌帶部位、卵圓窗部位或圓窗部位,用以刺激聽神經。 At present, the cochlea implants (CI) are designed to put the electrodes into the cochlea. That surgery is so complicated and has the risk of causing meningitis, cochlear ossificans and lose of residual hearing. Moreover, the price is so expensive as to put great burden on patients. This cochlear implant device comprises a receiver, a processing device, a first electrode and a second electrode. The receiver is configured to receive outside voice signal. The processing device connects to the receiver, configured to receive and transfer the voice signal to an electrical stimulation signal. The first electrode connects to the processing device, disposed on stapes footplate ligament or oval window. The second electrode connects to the processing device, disposed on round window. Wherein the electrical stimulation signal is applied to stapes footplate ligament, oval window or round window to stimulate acoustic nerve through the first electrode or the second electrode.
