技術說明

本發明提供自克弗爾粒中分離之乳酸桿菌M1 (Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens M1)及乳酸桿菌M2 (Lactobacillus kefiri M2)，具有減緩前發炎反應 (pro-inflammatory) 細胞激素 (cytokine)、T輔助細胞第二型 (T helper cell type II, Th2)細胞激素及T輔助細胞第17型 (T helper cell type 17, Th17)細胞激素分泌之功效，且能提升脾臟調節型T細胞 (regulatory T cell, Treg)，降低卵白蛋白 (ovalbumin, OVA) 特異性免疫球蛋白 (immunoglobulin, Ig) E，其具有抗過敏及治療腸道發炎之機能性，可用於製作抗過敏藥物、改善過敏症狀之健康食品或保健食品，或作為食品添加成份。 The present invention provides Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens M1 and Lactobacillus kefiri M2 isolated form kefir　grain, which are effective in alleviating the secretion of pro-inflammatory, T helper cell type II (Th2) and T helper cell type 17 (Th17) cytokines, increasing regulatory T cell (Treg) population in splenocytes and inhibiting the OVA-specific IgE. The Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens M1 and Lactobacillus kefiri M2 of the present invention exhibit anti-allergic and anti-intestinal-inflammatory effects, and thus can be used for anti-allergic drugs, allergy improved-healthy/functional food or food additives.
