技術說明

本發明提出一種P-N串聯多晶矽開關及其製造方法。先利用半導體技術製作多晶矽(polysilicon)，再摻雜多晶矽成為串 聯之P型及N型，使此多晶矽具有類似二極體般的能帶；導通時不加入偏壓，維持本身電阻；而關閉時加入逆偏壓，則電 阻無限大；即可作為一電阻開關，並應用於直流電與高頻等。 Doping method the poly-silicon to become P and N type, when it not connected with the electric that is resistance.
