技術說明

膝關節極心線（或稱瞬心線）為描述大腿及小腿相對運動用最精確的一種方法。本技術利用一個裝有3個角度解碼器之閉迴路6R六連桿機構，將其中兩桿件分別固定於受測者之大腿及小腿上。當膝關節做彎曲及伸直時會帶動六連桿機構運動，同時也會帶動3個角度解碼器。由3個角度解碼器之輸出值，利用機構學之極心原理以及剛體位移矩陣運算技巧，可計算出膝關節之極心線。 本技術所提供之方法具輕便、快速、準確、可電腦化、無侵入性及放射性等優點。除可應用於客製化精密輔具及義肢設計外，亦可應用於之人工膝關節之設計。 The polode/centrode is used to describe the relative continue motion of two rigid bodies. The polode of human knee joint is the most precise way to describe the relative motion of the knee joint. The technique developed in this invention applies a 6R closed loop linkage to measure the polode of human knee joint. Three angular encoders are attached on the 6R linkage. Two links of the 6R linkage are fixed to the upper and lower legs repectively. The stretching and bending motion of the legs will drive the 6R linkage as well as the encoders. Using the output data and applying the theory of kinematics of polode along with rigid body displacement matrices, the polode of the knee joint can be then calculated. The technique developed in this invention provides a fast, precise, light-weighted, computerized, non- radiation, and non-invasive way to measuring the polode/centrode of human knee joints. It can be applied to design the precise orthesis and artificial knee joint
