技術說明

本發明揭露一種太陽能電池參數之量測方法，係對太陽能電池施加一具有第一強度之第一模擬太陽光以及具有第二強度之第二模擬太陽光，並分別量測太陽能電池在不同強度太陽光照射下的得到的複數電流數據與複數電壓數據，最後再根據此複數電流數據與複數電壓數據計算獲得該太陽能電池之ㄧ串聯電阻值。如此，即無須預設電流-電壓的函數特性曲線，即可經過計算得到太陽能電池之串聯電阻值。此串聯電阻值對於電池效率的影響甚大，準確的預測可以大幅減少提升電池效率的製程開發時間 A method for extracting of solar cell parameters is provided. After illuminating the solar cell by different simulating sun lights with different illumination levels, measured current and measured voltages of the solar cell are acquired and the series resistance of the solar cell is extracted based on the measured current and measured voltages. Therefore, the parameters of the solar cell are extracted without presumed current–voltage functional form. The sereies resistance plays an important role in the cell prefermance. With an accurate estimate of this value, the time for process optimization for cell efficiency improvement can be significantly reduced.
