技術說明

本發明是有關發展一套嶄新的質譜儀來分析凝態樣品.此發明的精髓在於 用聲波來推出（或脫附）帶電荷的分子或粒子以供質譜檢測. This invention is about a new type of mass spectrometry for the analysis of samples in condensed phases. An acoustic force is used to desorb atomic ions, molecular ions, charged clusters, charged biomolecular complexes, or charged particles for subsequent mass distinction and detection. It can be further applied to acoustic desorption of neutral atoms, molecules, clusters, or particles with ionization (protonation or deprotonation) before or after the desorption process for mass- selective detection. The acoustic desorption process can be achieved either by a continuous sonic source, an ultrasound source, or a pulsed source as in laser-induced acoustic desorption.
