互穿孔洞環氧樹脂薄膜之製造方法MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EPOXY MEMBRANES WITH INTERCONNECTED PORES

本發明係為一種互穿孔洞環氧樹脂薄膜之製造方法,其包括下列步驟:製備反應物溶液;進行硬化反應處理;以及進行再後硬化處理並同時移除溶劑。其中高分子溶液係由環氧樹脂、溶劑以及硬化劑所混合,並置於載體上使其凝膠化,進行再後硬化處理並移除溶劑後即可得到多孔性環氧樹脂薄膜。利用化學誘發相分離法製備多孔性環氧樹脂薄膜,可藉由調控初始反應條件調控薄膜之孔洞型態,以得到具有孔洞互穿之環氧樹脂薄膜,且此環氧樹脂薄膜具有良好的滲透率及熱穩定性。 The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of epoxy membranes with interconnected pores. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: preparing a reactant solution, executing a curing treatment, and executing a postcure treatment and removing the solvent. The reactant solution comprises epoxy resin, solvent, and a curing agent. The reactant solution is transferred into a mold for gelation, then treated with postcure. The solvent is finally removed to reveal the porous epoxy membranes. The different morphology of the pores of the epoxy membranes can be controlled by the initial reaction composition with the chemically induced phase separation. The epoxy membranes with the porous structure result in good permeability and thermal stability.
