技術說明

本發明提供一種LED模組封裝結構及其封裝方法，其係藉模壓封裝方法直接於LED模組基板上成型封裝LED晶片之玻璃螢光體，形成一體成型且具有符合光學玻璃等級的LED模組封裝結構，其中該玻璃螢光體包括低溫玻璃材料及螢光粉，該低溫玻璃材料選自硼矽酸鹽玻璃系統及磷矽酸鹽玻璃系統之低溫玻璃材料，透過各玻璃系統之組成比例達到降低其玻璃轉化溫度及其熔點，與螢光粉混合熔融後，快速完成無須拋光具高功率玻璃螢光體之LED模組，以節省生產成本、提高經濟效率，同時達到避免形成過多界面穿透和反射損失，有效提高LED模組出光效率、可靠度及產品品質。 A LED module package structure and the package method thereof, the package structure comprises a glass phosphor directly formed on a basic panel for packaging a LED chip, so as to form an integrally formed LED module package structure that meets with the requirement of optical glasses. The glass phosphor comprises low temperature glass material and fluorescent powder. The low temperature glass material is selected from the group consisting of boron silicate glass system and phosphorus silicate glass system, and the glass transition temperature and the melting point can be reduced according to the composing proportions of the glass systems. Such a method can form a high power LED module without a polishing step, which can reduce the manufacturing cost, improve the economic benefit, light output efficiency and the quality of the LED module.
