技術說明

一種疊加式非對稱光型頭燈，包括一第一燈組、一第二燈組及一第三燈組，該第一燈組與該第二燈組投射出的光型係可在25m觀測屏幕上疊加形成位於0_水平線至其下方25公分處之狹長矩形光型，該第三燈組係可藉一折射透鏡於該觀測屏幕上投射出15°斜角之狹長光型，且使該狹長光型的上側邊經過0_水平線與0°垂直線的交叉點，該第一燈組、該第二燈組及該第三燈組係可疊加形成符合ECE R112非對稱光型頭燈法規之光型及照度；藉此使其具有不產生漫射光與不必要的雜散光、不需使用遮光板即能產生清晰明暗截止線及能符合ECE R112法規之功效。 A kind of superposition asymmetrical lighting headlamp includes the 1st lamp module, 2nd lamp module and 3rd lamp module. The 1st and 2nd lamp modules project the 25 cm wide rectangle lighting pattern below the horizontal 0 degree line at the observation distance of 25m. The 3rd lamp module projects the 15 degree tilted slit lighting pattern using of a refraction prism, and top corner of the slit lighting pattern passes the intersection point of 0 degree of the horizontal and vertical lines. The superposition projection patterns of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lamp modules could meet the lighting pattern and illumination of the ECE R112 asymmetrical head-lamp standard. This design could get the clear cutting line to fit the regulation of ECE R112 under no diffusion light, stray light and the anti-dazzling screen.
