石墨烯分散液製備方法及其應用

一種石墨烯分散液製備方法包含下列步驟:提供石墨烯及誘導劑,所述誘導劑包括矽酸鈉溶液,以及將石墨烯與誘導劑混合並經超聲波震盪處理以得到石墨烯分散液,所述石墨烯分散液在其石墨烯片層間具有矽酸鈉插層。本發明透過使用矽酸鈉溶液來製備石墨烯分散液,不僅製作過程無毒環保,且所製備的石墨烯分散液還具備長時間高穩定的分散特性,故再將其進一步形成石墨稀複合膜後,可獲得較佳導電度,利於應用於各種電子領域。本發明另提供一種石墨烯複合膜的製備方法。 A graphene dispersion preparation method is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes three steps. First, provide graphene and inducing agent. The inducing agent includes sodium silicate solution. Second, mix graphene and inducing agent together. At last, obtain the dispersion of graphene after using probe sonication. The dispersion of graphene has sodium silicate intercalation between the graphene sheets. Using sodium silicate solution to prepare the dispersion of graphene has non-toxic, environmentally friendly, long-term, and highly stable dispersion characteristics. Due to these advantages, the dispersion of graphene can be employed in preparing graphene composite film for various applications in electronic fields. The present invention also provides a method for preparing graphene composite films.
