技術說明

一種應用一維電耦合裝置之多光束位移量測干涉儀系統，其包含有：一非偏振光源模組，係可發出光束；一共振腔，接收來自光源模組的光束，反射光束並使光束產生干涉條紋；以及一感測元件，係一維電耦合裝置，其具有複數排列成一列的畫素感測器，接收來自共振腔的干涉光束，並且以畫素感測器感測光束的干涉條紋，透過干涉條紋在不同的畫素感測器上移動，可得出干涉的位移方向與位移量，藉此能夠精確的計算待測物的位移方向與位移量之技術。 A multibeam displacement interferometer that consists of a light source module which provides interference light source, an optical cavity which receives light source from the light source and results in interference fringes by reflected beams, and a detector device of one-dimensional charge coupled device (1D CCD) including several pixel sensing elements. The fringes are detected by the pixel sensing elements. According to the displacement of the fringes on the pixel sensing elements, the displacement direction and variation of the measurement object can be accurately measured.
