一種篩選治療或預防帕金森氏症及其併發症之候選藥物的方法，包含有：試藥步驟，係使試驗魚接觸PD候選藥物；誘導步驟，以PD誘導物誘導該試驗魚產生PD症狀，為PD誘導試驗魚；紀錄步驟，量測該PD誘導試驗魚於水體中的游行距離或平均游行速度；及評估PD基礎病徵步驟，將該PD誘導試驗魚的游行距離或平均游行速度，與一未接觸PD候選藥物之PD誘導魚相較，以該PD誘導試驗魚之游行距離或平均游行速度大於該未接觸PD候選藥物之PD誘導魚的游行距離或平均游行速度，作為該PD候選藥物具有治療或預防PD效果的評估依據。 Our invention make use of the vertical trajectory instrument to analyze the motor function of zebrafish larvae. We can assess the feasibility of the compound to treat two neuro-related disease once. First of all, we record and analyze zebrafish’s loco-motor activity to assess their neuro-protective effect, if the compound can significantly attenuate the 6-OHDA-induced reduction of mean swimming velocity and total swimming distance in zebrafish and it may be a potential target for the drug investigation. Then, we also assess the anti-anxiety activity by the time spending in each region.
