技術說明

本發明應用一種有機無機拓印複合材(MIH)作為固相萃取管柱填充材(MISPE)，藉由MIH中有機拓印位址對標的物的高親和力，以及無機交聯劑穩定拓印結構與降低非特定性吸附的特性，使MISPE在不同水樣中能克服基質干擾，展現高回收率、高濃縮倍率、與可再利用性，且萃取過程可簡單透過水體進樣、去離子水潤洗去除基質、以及少量溶劑萃取即可達成，大幅降低操作時間、成本、與有機廢液量。 This invention utilizes an organic-inorganic imprinted hybrid as an adsorbent for solid phase ex-traction. The organic imprinted cavities allow this MIH to exhibit high affinity and selectivity toward target compounds. In addition, the inorganic cross linker stabilizes the imprinted configu-ration and inhibits non-specific adsorption of matrix substances. Due to these benefits, the corre-sponding MISPE is able to prevent matrix effect in target adsorption in different field water samples and show high recovery, high enrichment factor, and reusability. Moreover, extraction can be simply conducted though sample loading followed by DI water washing and elution with a small amount of solvent (<10.0 mL), which reduces operation time, cost, and waste solvents.
