技術說明

本發明主要是利用在靠近天線輸入端的接地面上設計一槽孔，此槽孔受到接地面上的電場激發形成等效的磁流，此等效的磁流與另一根天線所產生的磁場產生能量的耦合，而此耦合的能量可與耦合的電場及電流所產生的耦合能量造成總耦合能量的下降，進而達到提升天線間隔離度的效果。此設計無須體積較大的隔離器或複雜的解耦合電路，且可與電路板線路的走線做整合，使得整體天線的體積得以縮小。根據所設計的原理,每根天線都需要有槽孔的設計 In this patent, a slot is designed on the ground in the proximity of the antenna port. The electric fields cross the slot on the ground which generates an equivalent magnetic current source inside the slot. The dot product of the magnetic current source and the coupling magnetic field cancels the dot product of the electric current source and coupling electric field, lowering the coupling energy, and hence improves the isolation between antennas. This method is very useful for those MIMO antennas with very close antenna spacing such that the bulky isolator or complex decoupling network are difficult to be placed in between. In addition, the slot structure is conveniently co-design with other traces on the printed circuit board (PCB) layout, contributing to the smaller antenna volume.
