MOLTEN IRON-ASSISTED METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALUMINUM NITRIDE AND DEVICE THEREOF

一種生產氮化鋁的鐵介質熔湯法及其生產設備,係於一真空密閉的環境中,連續於一純鐵熔湯中加入純鋁材料,以產生一含鋁之鐵熔湯,再於該一含鋁之鐵熔湯中,連續通入氮氣,於該一含鋁之鐵熔湯中,藉控制含鋁鐵熔湯之鋁濃度,以控制氮化鋁產出,而當含鋁之鐵熔湯中之氮化鋁持續生成後,因氮化鋁比重較鐵輕,氮化鋁會持續漂浮到含鋁之鐵熔湯表面,之後,再藉由Ar + N2氣體吹送與靜電除塵,則能夠進行收集到純的粉狀氮化鋁,最後,將用過氣體進行回收再利用。 A molten iron-assisted method for producing AlN and facility thereof are in a vacuum environment, continuously adding pure Al materials to a molten pure iron bath to form a molten Fe-Al solution, then further continuously adding N2 in the said molten Fe-Al solution to carefully control the generation of AlN by the concentration of Al in the said solution; after generating AlN, since the specific gravity of AlN is lower than that of the said solution it will continuously float to the surface of the said molten Fe-Al solution, and then use an Ar + N2 gas flow to blow the AlN on the surface of the said molten Fe-Al solution; the blown AlN particles are finally collected by an electrostatic precipitation equipment, and the used gas is thus recycled.
