工具機循圓量測調機方法

本發明係提供一種工具機循圓量測調機方法,其步驟包含:令一工具機系統執行循圓測試;求得一相位特徵及一峰值特徵;建立拉格朗日插值多項式,且對應輸入執行每一所述循圓測試時,該工具機系統之伺服控制器參數、相位特徵及峰值特徵,並據以求得一伺服建議參數;藉此,本發明係可簡易,且無須外加設備成本,而利用現有設備,即可快速求得伺服建議參數,以輸入工具機系統,藉可改善伺服系統響應問題,並降低加工輪廓誤差,使提升工具機系統之工作精度者。 The present invention provides a ballbar testing tune-up method for machine tool, including the following steps: making a machine tool system conduct ballbar testing; acquiring a phase characteristics and a peak characteristics; establishing Lagrange polynomial and correspondingly inputting servo drive parameters, phase characteristics and peak characteristics of the machine tool system when conducting each ballbar testing to acquire servo proposed parameters. Accordingly, the present invention can simply and quickly acquire servo proposed parameters to be input into machine tool system through the existing equipment without additional equipment cost, so as to improve the response problem of servo system, reduce contouring error and enhance the accuracy of machine tool system.
