技術說明

目前多層薄膜架構之可撓式元件皆朝著具備一定程度的可撓性和可折疊性發展，使其可用於電子紙和穿戴式元件等產品之應用上。然而前述元件在各種使用情境下所受之彎曲和扭轉之機械負載，所引致之水平和垂直應力皆會導致元件中之關鍵組件失效發生。有鑑於此，本發明提出之結構設計包含一至複數個極軟材料導致之結構中含多個中性軸現象，用以釋放平坦或圖案化多層薄膜結構於機械負載下之應力，根據本發明所提出之結構設計概念，可使關鍵組件於結構中之座落位置同時可滿足其所受之水平和垂直應力皆低於關鍵組件所能承受之程度。 This patent provided a novel structure design rule of single or multi ultra-soft thin films contained in the thin film stacking architecture, the aforementioned work will induce the multi neutral axis phenomenon to relax the stress induced by mechanical load of the planar or patterned multi thin films. According to the design rule demonstrated in this patent, the critical component can be placed on the neutral axis or the location away from neutral axis, it should be noted that the induced normal and vertical stress are lower than the ultimate strength of components itself.
