乳酸菌為現今熱門的保健食品之一，隨著消費者健康意識的提升，乳酸菌產品市場規模逐漸擴大，各家廠商亦推陳出新，以期提高產品佔有率；市面上可見到的劑型包括乳酸菌粉末、顆粒、膠囊、錠劑、奶粉等，預期製造相關產品與市場競爭。本案為技術移轉一種經分離之胚芽乳酸桿菌菌株CMU995，其係寄存於財團法人食品工業發展研究所，寄存編號為BCRC 910472。一種包含胚芽乳酸桿菌菌株CMU995之組合物，及胚芽乳酸桿菌菌株CMU995於製造抑制病原菌、保護腸胃道、及預防或治療泌尿道感染之藥物或保健食品的用途。 An isolated Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995, which was deposited in the Food Industry Research and Development Institute with the accession number BCRC 910472, is provided. Also provided are a composition comprising Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995 and uses of Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995. This strain is manufactured as a medicament or health food for inhibiting pathogens, protecting the gastrointestinal tract, and preventing or treating the infection of the urinary tract.
