技術說明

一種濾材氣送再生循環系統應用，適用於顆粒床過濾器中濾材與粉塵的分離與送回床體，以達到濾材循環再生重複過濾之目的。此氣送循環系統包含氣體推動裝置、進料控制閥、氣體-濾材分離裝置、濾材供應儲槽、氣體循環管路與氣體過濾裝置。進料控制閥控制濾材進入氣送管路的質流率，氣體推動裝置為運送濾材到濾材供應儲槽，氣體-濾材分離裝置為分離運送濾材之氣體，此氣體不能通入濾材供應儲槽，此分離裝置必須讓濾材可以連續供應，但要避免要過濾的氣體與氣動氣體互相影響其物理與化學性質。 A pneumatic granular system could be applied to separate the dust and filter media, and convey filter media to granular bed filter for the recycling filtration process. There are one gas driving device, the mass flow control valve of filter media, the separating equipment of gas and filter media, design of cycling pipe, the filter media supplying hopper and the gas filtration device in the current pneumatic granular system. The flow rate of filter media is controlled by the mass flow control valve, the gas driving device is used to transport filter media to the hopper above the granular filter bed, the separating equipment of gas and filter media is used to separate gas and filter media, filter media are discharged from the hopper for re-filtering particulate dust or baneful gas in granular bed filter.
