本發明係揭露一種奈米點強化有機發光二極體之結構及其製造方法;此有機發光二極體裝置至少包含有基板、第一導電層、發光層、輔助發光層及第二導電層;其製造方法,為將表面具有官能基的奈米點,摻混入元件之發光層或輔助發光層,而組成層狀發光結構;使用摻混奈米點之方式,可強化元件之效能表現。 A nano-dot enhanced organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and its manufacturing approach are disclosed. The OLED apparatus includes a substrate, a first electrically conductive layer, an emissive-layer, and emissive-auxiliary-layer and a second electrically conductive layer. Its manufacturing approach is described as below. Nano-dots with functional-group on surface are doped into the emissive-layer or the emissive-auxiliary-layer to form a layered electroluminescent structure. By using the manufacturing approach, the efficiency as well as the performance of the OLEDs can be markedly enhanced.
