本發明提供一種鄰苯二甲酸酯類之分析方法，包括以下步驟：提供一液態樣品或固態樣品；對該液態樣品或固態樣品進行前處理方法以得到萃取液，其中前處理方法包括液相液相萃取(LLE)、超音波輔助萃取(UAE)、微波輔助萃取(MAE)、分散液液微萃取(DLLME)、冷凝分散液液微萃取(DLLME-SFO)或霧點萃取(CPE)；以及將萃取液送入毛細管液相層析儀搭配紫外光/可見光光譜儀中進行偵測，以分析該液態樣品或固態樣品中之鄰苯二甲酸酯類。 The invention provides a method for analyzing phthalate ester, comprising: providing a liquid sample or solid sample; conducting a pre-treatment method for liquid or solid sample to obtain a extraction solution, wherein the pre-treatment method includes liquid liquid extraction (LLE), ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE), microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME), dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction-solidification of floating organic droplet (DLLME-SFO) or cloud point extraction (CPE); and analyzing the extraction solution by capillary liquid chromatography coupled to UV detection method.
