技術說明

一種磁場探針包含迴路端、帶線轉接、第一輸出埠、以及第二輸出埠。迴路端包含第一內金屬層和第二內金屬層。第一內金屬層用以偵測待測物的第一磁場訊號。第二內金屬層用以偵測所述待測物的第二磁場訊號。帶線轉接分別耦接第一內金屬層和第二內金屬層，並且用以接收第一磁場訊號和第二磁場訊號。第一輸出埠和第二輸出埠分別耦接帶線轉接，並且用以分別輸出第一磁場訊號和第二磁場訊號，此兩訊號相減進行差分計算，可得到一組新的空間分布，將會比原有單一線圈具有更高的空間解析度。 A magnetic probe includes a loop terminal, a lead line, a first output port, and a second output port. The loop terminal includes a first inner metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer is configured for detecting a first magnetic field signal responding to a microstrip line. The second metal layer is configured for detecting a second magnetic field signal responding to the microstrip line. The lead line is coupled to the first metal layer and the second metal layer and is configured for receiving the first magnetic field signal and the second magnetic field signal, respectively. The first output port and the second output port are coupled to the lead line and are configured for outputting the first magnetic field signal and the second magnetic field signal respectively to execute a difference calculation.
