技術說明

本發明係關於一種三軸應力感應器。三軸應力感應器包括一第一感應件和一第二感應件。第一感應件包括一第一電極、複數第二電極和複數第三電極。第一電極包括一電極主體、複數第一延伸柱、複數第二延伸柱、複數第一電極柱和複數第二電極柱。複數第一延伸柱和複數第二延伸柱連接電極主體。複數第一電極柱連接複數第一延伸柱。複數第二電極柱連接複數第二延伸柱。一般平面壓電薄膜在X軸和Y軸的感應能力上的感應能力，小於Z軸上的感應能力的一半，使得傳統的平面壓電薄膜在三軸上的感應能力非常不均勻，無法周全得感應周圍的應力變化，因此本發明之主要目的係在提供一種增強X軸和Y軸方向的感應效果的三軸應力感應器。 A triple-axial force measurement sensor is disclosed in the invention. The triple-axial force measurement sensor includes a first sensing unit and a second sensing unit. The first sensing unit includes a first electrode, a plurality of second electrodes and a plurality of third electrodes. The first electrode includes an electrode main body, a plurality of first extension columns, a plurality of second extension columns, a plurality of first electrode columns and a plurality of second electrode columns. The first extension columns and the second extension columns are connected to the electrode main body. The first electrode columns are connected to the first electrode column. The second electrode columns are connected to the second extension column.
