經表面物理修飾的黑磷材料及其製備方法

一種經表面物理修飾的黑磷材料及其製備方法,利用形成多孔性氧化物奈米結構作為保護黑磷材料的鈍化層,其相較於連續性平坦膜之鈍化層,除了可以提供物理保護,還藉由多孔性氧化物奈米結構的表面微結構效應而造成疏水特性,可以有效避免水的接觸,抑制了黑磷材料的氧化速率,從而可提高黑磷材料的穩定性,也更適於大面積生產,有助於實際應用和量產。 A physically surface-modified black phosphorus material and a preparation method thereof are provided. The porous oxide nanostructure is formed as a passivation layer to protect the black phosphorous material. Compared to the passivation layer of a continuous flat film, the passivation layer of the porous oxide nanostructure not only provide physical protection, but also cause the hydrophobic characteristics by the surface microstructure effect of the porous oxide nanostructure. It effectively avoids contact with water and inhibits the oxidation rate of the black phosphorus material. Therefore, the stability of the black phosphorus material can be improved, and it is more suitable for large-area production, which is helpful for practical application and mass production.
