技術說明

本發明係有關於一種流體混合方法，包含以下步驟：提供一包含複數種流體之待混合流體以及一磁性流體，其中該待混合流體與該磁性流體不互溶；以及於該待混合流體中滴入該磁性流體，以使其於該待混合流體中形成複數顆磁性液滴並排列為至少一磁滴列，其中該些磁性液滴於一旋轉磁場中係依液滴列中心公旋，且每一該些磁性液滴係依該旋轉磁場之磁場方向自旋，以形成多重渦流而混合該待混合流體。在本裝置架構下，可創造出磁液滴列隨磁場同時自旋及公旋之效果，使溶液加速混合，提升混合效率。 The present invention relates to a method for mixing fluids comprising: providing an unmixed fluid having a plurality of fluids and a magnetic fluid which cannot be dissolved therein; and dropping the magnetic fluid into the unmixed fluid to form a plurality of magnetic drops and arrange into at least one of magnetic array, wherein the total magnetic drops can revolute around the center thereof, and each of the magnetic drops can revolute around their own axis along the direction of the rotating magnetic field to create multi-vortex and mix the unmixed fluid.
