技術說明

本發明係為一種複合式壓電馬達，包括有：壓電定子，設置有一定子、至少一軸向壓電陶瓷組及一基底，該定子具有貫通之一通口，以一軸桿穿過該通口及該軸向壓電陶瓷組，並螺設入該基底之一螺孔中，其中，該定子表面貼附有複數壓電片；一轉子，具有一前端及一後端及貫通該前端與該後端的一腔體，前述軸桿係穿過該腔體，使該後端與該定子之通口相密合，而該前端之外緣設有一驅動單元；一彈性鎖固元件，螺設於該軸桿且抵壓該轉子，用以提供該壓電定子及該轉子一預應力；藉由施以該壓電片及該軸向壓電陶瓷組一高頻電源，使該定子產生高致動力的橢圓形運動，進而轉動該轉子，達到具有高轉速、高負載能力與低噪音之壓電馬達。 The present invention is a composite piezoelectric motor, comprising: a piezoelectric stator provided with a stator, at least one axially set and a piezoelectric ceramic substrate of the stator having a through port, with a shaft passing through the through-mouth and the axial piezoelectric ceramic group and set screw into the screw hole of the substrate, wherein the surface of the stator is affixed plural piezoelectric sheet; a rotor, having a front end and a rear end and through the distal end the rear end of a chamber body, wherein the shaft passes through the chamber system, so that the rear end of the port and the stator relative to the adhesion, and the outer edge has a front driving unit; a resilient locking element, set screw on the shaft and pressed against the rotor, to provide that the piezoelectric stator and a rotor a prestressed.
